The Greenhill Gardens community was being held back by a rigid Weebly website. Lacking a coherent brand or event structure, the site was difficult to navigate for visitors and terrifying to update for volunteers. The result was outdated content and a committee overwhelmed by email queries that the website should have answered.
I took ownership of the entire product lifecycle, transforming the site from a static brochure into a dynamic community hub. I established a new visual identity and rebuilt the site using WordPress, Elementor, and Crocoblock.
To solve the technical skill gap, I engineered a “safe” backend system. By using Custom Post Types and dynamic templates, volunteers can now manage complex event listings through a simple form without touching the design. The result is a fully accessible, self-managed platform that drastically reduced administrative work.

Before Leila helped us, we were terrified of touching our website. Now, it’s a joy to use. We can add our music events in minutes, and the community actually knows what’s going on.
