1. Define

Every great website starts with understanding the business, goals, and users.

I conduct competitor reviews, user research, and journey mapping to define how design and functionality should support conversion.

Whether it’s improving conversions, enhancing usability, or refining brand storytelling, this stage sets the direction for a successful project.

2. Design

With insights from the discovery phase, I map out the site’s structure and user flow in Figma or Adobe XD – creating moodboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life.

My design approach is mobile-first and accessibility-led, balancing brand expression with usability to ensure every page is intuitive, scalable, and conversion-focused.

3. Develop

I build fully custom, responsive WordPress websites – not template-based – using Elementor and Crocoblock JetPlugins for dynamic layouts.

Each site is structured with custom post types, taxonomies, and conditional logic for flexible content management.

I integrate WooCommerce, Dokan multivendor systems, and ACF to create scalable, client-friendly editing environments, optimised for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and long-term performance.

4. Deliver

Once development is complete, I oversee the full launch process to ensure a seamless go-live. This includes domain and hosting setup with SSL security, comprehensive QA testing across devices, and performance optimisation for speed and usability.

I implement analytics for ongoing insight and provide post-launch support and updates to keep the site secure, fresh, and performing at its best
