I build Power Platform applications, automations and Copilot Studio agents that make business processes easier to use and manage. My portfolio focuses on request and approval journeys, bringing together clear user experiences, secure access and reliable workflows.
I think about both the person using a solution and the team responsible for running it. Users need to understand what information to provide, what happens next and where their request stands. The people managing the process need clear ownership, traceable decisions and ways to identify and resolve problems. That thinking shapes how I handle validation, permissions, approvals and error recovery.
My background in UX, design and digital delivery shapes how I work: understanding the problem, simplifying the journey and communicating decisions clearly. I bring those strengths to the data, business logic and automation behind each solution.
The principles that shape how I design Power Platform solutions.
I build with governance in mind from the start — not as an afterthought. That means thinking about RBAC, auditability, identity, approval controls, error handling and traceability as part of the solution design, not just the documentation.
A useful workflow is not just one that works once. I focus on resilient patterns such as validation, idempotency, fallback behaviour, and clear state management so processes remain predictable as they scale.
I am interested in solving real business problems, not adding complexity for its own sake. I aim to design solutions that are easy to explain to stakeholders, practical to maintain, and credible to both end users and technical reviewers.
Power Platform is evolving quickly, especially around Copilot Studio, Microsoft Entra, Dataverse and AI integration. I actively build, test and refine so my knowledge stays practical, current and grounded in hands-on implementation.

I’m looking for a hands-on Power Platform or Copilot Studio role where I can build useful business applications, automations and agents. I’d like to join a collaborative team where I can contribute my experience in UX, digital delivery and client communication while developing my technical skills. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that involve understanding a business problem and working through the solution, from requirements to testing and improvement.
My portfolio includes an IT Helpdesk Agent that lets authenticated users create, check and escalate tickets, delivered through a Power Pages portal with single sign-on. I’ve also built an Engagement Hub that uses several coordinated agents to handle client intake and produce discovery briefs, with human review built into the process, and a sales-reporting automation pilot that turns Excel snapshots into pipeline comparisons, charts and an AI-generated email summary. Each case study explains the business problem, what I built and the decisions behind the solution.
Before Power Platform, I worked in digital agencies on UX, conversion rate optimisation and web delivery, where much of my work involved understanding what people needed and making complicated information easier to use.
Power Platform gave me a way to apply the same thinking to business processes, data and automation. Copilot Studio interests me in particular because it brings together user experience, conversational design and practical problem-solving, all things I enjoy working on.
I start by thinking about what someone is trying to achieve, what information they need and where they might get stuck. That influences everything from the questions an agent asks to how an application explains validation errors or approval status. My design background also helps me translate requirements into clear user journeys and communicate decisions with stakeholders. I want people to understand what is happening and what they need to do next.
I start with the task and look at where AI would make it easier: summarising a request, interpreting an enquiry or drafting a discovery brief. Then I consider what happens if the response is wrong. For anything with real consequences, such as permissions, approvals or record updates, I use defined logic in topics and flows rather than leaving the decision to the model. Where judgement or accountability matters, I design a human review step into the process and make sure the outcome can be checked afterwards.
I think about who should have access, what each person should be able to do, and what happens when something fails. Across my portfolio I’ve implemented role-based access control, single sign-on, audit history, idempotent flows so a retried run doesn’t create a duplicate record, structured error handling with Try/Catch scopes, and correlation IDs so a single request can be traced across flows. For ALM, I build inside solutions and keep them in source control, working with the Power Platform CLI and VS Code. Request and approval journeys are a particular focus: I want every decision, status change and exception to be traceable, with a clear owner and a sensible point for someone to step in.
I hold PL-900, AZ-900, AI-900 and AB-410, along with Microsoft Applied Skills credentials and both Microsoft Agent Academy tracks. I’m now preparing for AB-620 and extending my Copilot Studio work through practical builds and labs, with a focus on agent orchestration, integration with business systems, identity and governance. I’m also improving how I test and troubleshoot solutions. I want what I learn to show in the quality of what I build, and in being able to explain the reasoning behind each technical choice.
